What is joaat?
GTA V and RDR2 identify models, weapons, animations and most other assets by a 32-bitJenkins one-at-a-time hash of their lower-cased name. In FiveM it is exposed asGetHashKey(name), joaat(name) or the Lua backtick shorthand `name`, which is resolved at compile time.
Signed vs unsigned
The hash is an unsigned 32-bit number, but many natives and dumps show it as a signed int32. Both refer to the same model: 3078201489 and -1216765807 are both adder.
