Item Icons

Item Icons is the sister site of fivemad: a FiveM and RedM image gallery for inventory items and resources, with more than 18,000 item pictures ready for your inventory resource. It is linked in the fivemad header, the footer and the bar at the top of the page.

What it is for

Every new item on a server needs a picture, and a blurry screenshot or a random web image stands out in an otherwise tidy inventory. Item Icons is where you browse for a picture of water, a burger, a phone, a lockpick, a bandage, a radio, an ID card and thousands of other items, and download the ones you want.

Using the pictures on your server

1. Open Item Icons and browse for the items you need.
2. Download the pictures.
3. Rename each file to your item name, or let the Inventory Icons tool do it for you (next section).
4. Put the files in your inventory’s image folder, for example ox_inventory/web/images/ or qb-inventory/html/images/, and add the matching item entries.

Making your own pack with Inventory Icons

The Inventory Icons tool on fivemad works well together with Item Icons:

• Drop the downloaded pictures on its Your images tab. File names become item names, so Water Bottle.png turns into water_bottle.
• It trims empty edges, pads and resizes every picture to the same icon size (100, 128, 256 or 512 px) and can export PNG or WebP.
• It writes the item list for ox_inventory, qb-inventory, ps-inventory, qs-inventory, codem-inventory or an ESX items table, and packs everything into one zip.

Item Icons pictures are a good choice when you want 256 or 512 px icons: the game prop pictures in Inventory Icons are only 160 px and look soft when upscaled, and the tool warns you about that.
